Our process

We believe in simplicity - one policy contract, one point of contact, one 24/7 contact number, one invoice. Here's our process:


Partner with us

Once a contract has been agreed, we'll work with the housing association or charity to collate and transfer all property addresses.

We'll inform your residents

We'll send tenant packs to all properties outlining what is covered, how to report a home emergency using our 24/7, 365 dedicated UK contact number. If this is not appropriate or you require a bespoke version for some of your more vulnerable residents, just let us know and we'll do what is best for you.


Contractor sent to property

In an event of a home emergency, residents can call our 24/7, 365 contact centre directly and one of our trusted and qualified contractors will be sent to the property.


Repair completed

Contractor visits property to perform the repair and ensure residents are safe in the premises.


Request a report

Once the repair is complete, the housing association or charity may request a report of the repair and details of any advice offered.
