Our process

We believe in simplicity - one policy contract, one point of contact, one 24/7 contact number, one invoice. Here's our process:

Partner with us

Contract agreed and all property addresses to be covered for repairs submitted.

We'll inform your tenants

We'll send tenant packs to all properties outlining what is covered and how to report a home emergency using our 24/7, 365 dedicated UK contact number.

Contractor sent to property

When the tenant reports an issue, one of our trusted and qualified engineers or trade experts will be sent to the property. All our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered.

Request a report

Once the repair is complete, the property owner or managing/letting agent may request a report of the repair and details of any advice offered.

What we cover:

  • Primary heating system (gas boilers, electric, LPG, oil and solid fuel systems)
  • Internal electrics
  • Internal gas pipe
  • Repairs to radiators
  • Pest Infestation
  • External locks, doors and external windows
  • Loss of keys
