We believe in simplicity - one policy contract, one point of contact, one 24/7 contact number, one invoice. Here's our process:

Partner with us

Managing or letting agent takes out policy. We'll work with you on how best to implement our policy into your management service. We can even help communicate the new changes to your existing landlord clients.

We'll inform your tenants

We'll send tenant packs to all properties outlining what is covered, how to report a home emergency using our 24/7, 365 dedicated UK contact number.

Contractor sent to property

When the tenant reports an issue, one of our trusted and qualified engineers or trade experts will be sent to the property. All our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered.

Request a report

Once the repair is complete, the property owner or agent may request a report of the repair and details of any advice offered.
